Our Story
Founded in 2013 and formally registered in June 2016 under registration number 2016/236960/07 , Just Loghomes — began with a clear,vision: to bring elegant, durable, and affordable alternative housing to South Africans.
What started over a decade ago as a passionate team constructing backyard Wendy houses has evolved into a trusted, multi-province operation. Today, based out of Pretoria North, we handle everything from cozy granny flats and modern cottages to large-scale, turn-key residential projects.
With over 150 units successfully completed, our footprint spans from Gauteng to almost every corner of the country. We have built our reputation on combining classic timber craftsmanship with modern architectural trends, ensuring that every home we deliver stands the test of time.

1-Year Post-Construction Guarantee: We stand firmly behind our work. Every structure we build comes with a free 1-year maintenance and repair guarantee for post-construction adjustments. After the first year, standard support rates apply.
SANS & NHBRC Alignment: Peace of mind comes standard. Every project is executed in strict accordance with South African National Standards (SANS) structural regulations and NHBRC building guidelines.
How We Work & Project Logistics
To maintain absolute transparency and protect your investment, we operate under clear, professional guidelines:
3D Visualizations: We provide detailed 2D and 3D visualization layouts so you can perfectly visualize your layout before construction begins. (Note: These are conceptual designs for visual planning, not formal architectural blueprints).
Municipal Approvals: Because local building regulations vary drastically by region (and are entirely unnecessary in certain areas), clients are responsible for securing their own local municipal approvals and architectural sign-offs where required by law.
Transparent Pricing: We are currently upgrading our corporate structures to finalize our formal VAT registration. In the meantime, our quoted pricing is highly competitive, completely transparent, and free from any hidden tax surprises.
